Is it permissible to touch the Mus'haf without ablution for the purpose of ruqyah with Surat Al-Baqarah, if the ablution will be broken during the recitation or if insufficient time has passed for the ruqyah oil to remain on the body?

Touching the Mushaf (definition) (copy of the Qur'an) without Wudu' (ablution) is not permissible according to the majority of scholars. If the ruqyah (definition) practitioner's Wudu' is invalidated during a ruqyah session from the Mushaf, he must renew his Wudu' if he wishes to continue. Alternatively, he can hold the Mushaf with a barrier or turn the pages with a stick if he does not wish to perform Wudu'.
