There is no specific time for reciting Surat Al-Baqarah. It is permissible to recite it from the (Qur'an) or by heart at any time of the day or night, provided that one is free from major ritual impurity () if reciting, and completely pure to touch the Mushaf. It is recommended to avoid noisy and distracting places when reciting.
