Is a mother entitled to dispose of all her wealth, including spending it on charitable causes and depriving her children of it, due to her displeasure with them?

It is permissible for a person to donate all of their wealth in good health if it exceeds their needs and the needs of their dependents, provided that they have a means of earning a living and that they are capable of relying on Allah and enduring poverty. If these two conditions are not met, then it is disliked for them to do so. If the donor has heirs, their charity is valid, but it is disliked to deprive them, and it is sunnah (definition) to leave them something, especially if they are poor.

If the mother's statement about donating was out of anger towards her children for their disobedience, then it is obligatory for them to repent and to honor her.
