Is it permissible to eat from the fast-breaking meal (Iftar) provided by usurious banks?

There is no harm in a Muslim participating in Ramadan (definition) iftar (definition) meals organized by charitable institutions or by individuals known for their religiosity and uprightness. As for meals organized by actors, dancers, or those whose earnings are illicit, or by usurious banks, these should be avoided and one should refrain from eating from them, because that constitutes a denunciation of their forbidden actions. Furthermore, these meals prepared by usurious banks are merely a form of advertisement for them, and scholars have prohibited advertising for usurious banks. The Permanent Committee for Issuing Fatwas has indeed issued a fatwa (definition) stating the impermissibility of hanging calendars and Ramadan imsakiyahs (fasting schedules) issued by some banks or commercial establishments in mosques, due to the Sharia (definition)-related prohibitions involved, such as advertising for forbidden transactions.
