The answer

The Shari'ah came to preserve and protect wealth, and Allah dislikes the squandering of wealth. Hoarding wealth and rendering it idle is considered a waste of the benefits accrued from activating it. It is recommended to trade with the orphan's money to prevent its erosion by charity. Whoever possesses wealth or is a guardian over an orphan's wealth should trade with it themselves, or seek an trustworthy partner, or place it in Islamic banks, or utilize offices specialized in projects, while being careful to verify the honesty of the person to whom the money is given due to the large number of fraudsters. It is preferable for governments to undertake this role by developing wealth through real, beneficial projects.
