Is there sin upon one who does not admonish a teacher who swore by other than Allah, and does the sin persist if she is not advised?

It is not permissible to swear by anyone's life. Whoever abandons the obligatory forbidding of evil without a valid excuse commits a sin, and the sin is removed by repentance and seeking forgiveness. Shyness is not an excuse for abandoning the forbidding of evil.
