Is it permissible to perform only Umrah on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah due to work circumstances, knowing that Hajj has been performed previously?

Umrah (definition) is permissible throughout the year according to the majority of scholars, and this is the stronger opinion, and it is not disliked at any time. The Hanafis, however, disagreed, deeming Umrah strictly disliked on the Day of Arafah, the Day of Sacrifice, and the two days following it. They cited a hadith (definition) from Aishah, but it is weak and not known to have originated from her. The evidence of the majority is: "The default is the absence of dislike, until a Shariah prohibition is established."
