Is one who sacrifices a sheep that turns out to be lame on the Day of Arafah, and is unable to replace it due to lack of time, sinful?

If the fracture causes a clear limp that prevents the sheep from walking with healthy sheep, then it is not sufficient for Udhiyah (definition) (sacrifice). However, there is no sin in slaughtering it for meat. But if the fracture does not cause a clear limp and it can walk with its peers, then it is sufficient for Udhiyah, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Four types are not permissible in sacrifices: the one-eyed animal whose defect is clear, the sick animal whose sickness is clear, the lame animal whose lameness is clear, and the emaciated animal that has no marrow." If the defect occurs after purchasing and designating the animal for sacrifice, then it is sufficient according to many scholars.
