Is throwing the small jamrah three minutes before the Dhuhr adhan, and throwing the middle and large jamratan after the adhan on the twelfth day of Dhul-Hijjah valid, and does it obligate me to offer a sacrifice (dam)?

Whoever throws the pebbles at the Jamarat (definition) before zawāl during the Days of Tashreeq—according to the majority opinion—must offer a dam (sacrificial animal) to be slaughtered in Makkah and distributed among the poor of the Haram (definition), because the stoning occurred before its prescribed time. If one is unable to slaughter the hady (sacrificial animal), then he must fast for ten days. However, if he was following a scholar who permits stoning before zawāl, then there is nothing upon him.
