What is the ruling on delaying the sacrifice of the Udhiyah until very late hours due to the limited number of slaughtering places?

The best time for slaughtering sacrificial animals is on the day of Eid, after the Imam's slaughter, and it extends until the twelfth day. The Shafi'is and some scholars permitted slaughtering on the thirteenth day, citing the Hadith (definition), "All the days of Tashreeq are days of slaughter." The majority of scholars disliked slaughtering at night, and Imam Malik prohibited it, while Imam Ahmad and the majority disliked it.
