The answer

Muslims celebrate only two Eids: Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. On Eid al-Adha, they slaughter a sheep in imitation of Prophet Abraham, peace be upon him, when Allah commanded him to sacrifice his son Ishmael and ransomed him with a great ram. As for symbols, Muslims worship Allah alone and do not adopt symbols like the cross for Christians. It is not permissible to adopt the crescent moon as a symbol because it is an innovation.
