Al-Mubarakpuri, in "Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum" (The Sealed Nectar), stated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, departed from his house on the night of Friday, 27th Safar, 14 BH (13/9/622 CE), and remained in the cave during the nights of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He set off for Medina on the night of Monday, 1st Rabi' al-Awwal, 14 BH (16/9/622 CE), and reached Quba on Monday, 8th Rabi' al-Awwal, 14 BH (23/9/622 CE), then arrived in Medina on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.
