What is the ruling on marrying a beautiful foreign Kitābīyah (woman of the Book) who might be the daughter of zina, given that beauty is an important factor, or a non-Arab Muslim woman of average beauty and uneducated, or an educated Arab woman of average beauty from the same country, taking into account the benefits of marrying a foreign woman for language proficiency and the preference for Qurayshi women among Arab women?
Why did the Noble Messenger not link a woman's religion to her character in the hadith about choosing a wife: "A woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion, so choose the religious one, and may your hands be soiled," while he linked religion to character in the hadith about choosing a husband: "If there comes to you one whose religion and character you approve, then marry him, for if you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and great corruption"?
Do the characters smile and join in the mockery when they watch a play in which a religious character is ridiculed, while in reality they are not religious?
Is there a Sharia impediment to a traveler favoring his brothers and their sons with gifts over his married sisters, despite his knowledge of his sisters' displeasure, and that he is in debt and does not possess sufficient money to equalize, and that his brothers offer him more gifts and assistance than his sisters?
Is the hadith reported in Musnad Ahmad concerning the Companion Zahir, which mentions, "he embraced him from behind" and "he spared no effort in pressing his back against the Prophet's chest, may Allah bless him and grant him peace," authentic, and has it been reported with other wordings in other hadiths?
How can one forget and recover from a past love, especially after a failed attempt to marry the beloved's sister? And is marrying another woman of high religiosity and good character a solution to this?
Is it permissible to engage in sexual intercourse with one's wives in the same room, where one sees the other, with their consent? Is there any explicit text in the Qur'an or Sunnah that prohibits this, or does this prohibition fall under the category of manners and ethics?
