The answer

A Muslim should organize their time and balance their actions with the needs of their body to maintain acts of worship and the demands of livelihood, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, your Lord has a right over you, and your family has a right over you, and your guest has a right over you… So give everyone who has a right, their due right." And in another narration: "And your body has a right over you." Sleep is one of the essential needs of the body to regain activity, and it is best at night, as the Almighty says: (It is He who made for you the night that you may rest therein).
