Is it permissible for a mother to take money from her children and give it to others when she has a large family of her own?

It is not permissible for a mother to take money from one of her children to give to another son, unless the owner of the money gives his consent, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." The hadith (definition) "You and your wealth belong to your father" is not to be used as an evidence for ownership, as the lam (particle "to" or "for") in it indicates permissibility, not ownership. And this permissibility is not absolute, but rather subject to conditions.
