Is it permissible to supplicate with "O Allah, make Your obedience more beloved to me than my hopes and my comfort," and is there any Sharia-related reservation concerning it?

The content of the mentioned supplication is good, and there is no prohibition in supplicating with it, as obedience to Allah should be dearer to the servant than his comfort and security. Supporting this is what was narrated in Sunan al-Tirmidhi from Abu al-Darda that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the supplications of Dawud was: 'O Allah, I ask You for Your love, the love of those who love You, and the action that will bring me Your love. O Allah, make Your love dearer to me than myself, my family, and cold water.'" This hadith (definition) was classified as hasan (definition) by al-Tirmidhi and da'if by al-Albani. It was also narrated from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "O Allah, make Your love the most beloved of things to me, and make Your fear the most feared of things to me," which was also classified as da'if by al-Albani. However, it is better for a Muslim to supplicate with the authentic supplications narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), especially those that combine the good of this world and the hereafter.
