Will the husband be rewarded for driving his wife to and from her work as a means of protecting her from evils and sparing her from riding alone in taxis?

A husband taking his wife to her workplace is a righteous act, praiseworthy in Islamic law, for it contains an act of kindness towards her, protecting her, and being gentle with her. The husband will be rewarded for this good intention, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best of you is the best to his family, and I am the best of you to my family." He also encouraged treating women well, and it contains an urging to be gentle with them.
