Does using the prayer beads (subḥah) constitute hypocrisy, especially if its use does not exceed the movement of the hand with it, and how can one overcome this feeling, knowing that it stimulates remembrance (dhikr)?

The preponderant opinion is that it is permissible to use prayer beads (masbahah) for tasbeeh for those who need them. However, it is better to do tasbeeh with the hand, as it brings greater reward, is closer to following the Sunnah (definition), and is further removed from showing off.
