Does what Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said abrogate the Hadith of "the woman, the donkey, and the black dog" as nullifiers of prayer, and is there a current committee re-authenticating the Ahadith?

The two aforementioned Hadiths are authentic, and scholars have reconciled them in several ways. Some have given precedence to the Hadith (definition) regarding the interruption of prayer by the passing of a woman, while others have interpreted the interruption as a disruption of devotion and a reduction of reward, rather than the invalidation of the prayer itself. Scholars have extensively discussed these interpretations in books explaining Hadith. The ultimate reference for discerning the authenticity and weakness of a Hadith is the Hadith Imams, as Allah Almighty says: "So ask the people of the message if you do not know." No one has the right to judge Hadiths based solely on their personal opinion; rather, the matter is referred to the specialists.
