How sound is this Hadith: "Rome will be conquered with exclamations of 'tahlil' and 'takbir'"?

The aforementioned Hadith (definition) is narrated by Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurairah, and it speaks of the conquest of Constantinople (now Istanbul), where seventy thousand of the Children of Isaac will invade it. However, they will not fight with weapons, but rather with three recitations of "La ilaha illa Allah wa Allahu Akbar" (There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest), whereupon its two sides will fall, and then they will enter and take spoils. This conquest has not yet occurred; the conquest by Muhammad al-Fatih was a precursor to it. The Islamic conquest of it will return when Muslims return to their religion.
