Is interpreting dreams to oneself, without speaking of them, considered an interpretation and thus falls under the Hadith, "A dream is upon the leg of a bird"?

Scholars have differed regarding the hadith (definition): "The dream is on the leg of a bird until it is interpreted, and when it is interpreted, it falls." Assuming its authenticity, it does not mean that any interpretation of it causes it to fall, but rather what is intended is the interpretation of the knowledgeable and Divinely guided person, because the interpretation of one who is not Divinely guided does not fall, nor is it considered an interpretation in the first place. Moreover, the hadith: "The dream is for the first interpreter" is weak. A Muslim should deal with dreams as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided: if he sees what he likes, he should narrate it to someone he loves, and if he sees what he dislikes, he should seek refuge in Allah from Satan, spit to his left three times, and not narrate it to anyone, and that will not harm him. It is preferable not to give excessive attention to dreams.
