Is it correct to quote Al-Nawawi in Sharh Muslim regarding the Prophet’s saying, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Even if your back is flogged and your wealth is taken," that he said: "Even if your back is unjustly beaten and your wealth is wrongfully taken," by constructing the verb in the passive voice?

This statement attributed to Imam An-Nawawi has not been found in his books, but Sheikh Salih Al-Fawzan attributed it to him in his commentary on Sahih (definition) Muslim, where he said that An-Nawawi stated in his commentary on the Hadith (definition) of Hudhayfah: "Even if your back is scourged" unjustly "and your wealth is taken" unlawfully, "then listen and obey" him in matters that are not disobedient [to Allah]. Al-Qari mentioned in Mirqat al-Mafatih that the verbs "scourged" (ضُرِبَ - duriba) and "taken" (أُخِذَ - ukhidha) came in the passive voice, and in another version, they appeared in the active voice.
