The answer

This is weak and not authentic. It states that the first person from this Ummah to be given his book in his right hand is Umar ibn al-Khattab, and that he will have a radiance like the sun. When the Messenger was asked about Abu Bakr, he said: "The angels escorted him to Paradise." This hadith is not authentic, and the one accused of fabricating it is Umar al-Kurdi, the liar who invents hadiths. Moreover, despite its weakness, the hadith does not mention Umar's accountability.
