The discussion about qunut in Fajr prayer was presented in no. 31710. As for the narration from Ibn Abbas, it was reported by Al-Daraqutni, but Al-Bayhaqi said it is not authentic. A similar narration came from Ibn Umar, reported by Al-Tabarani, and it also contains weakness.
