The question

Is the supplication mentioned: "O Allah, O He who healed Ayyub, and removed the affliction from Ya'qub, heal every sick person who suffers and does not speak, and whose condition no one knows but You. O Allah, I ask You for healing for every soul that is unable to sleep due to illness. O Lord, bring comfort, then ease, then heal every soul whose pain no one knows but You, for You are capable of all things" established from the Companions or the Pious Predecessors, and is it permissible to supplicate with it Islamically?

The answer

This supplication was not reported from the Companions or the Imams. There is no harm in supplicating with it, so long as it does not contain a Shariah-prohibited element.
