Is there a Hadith from the Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) that states: "Marry those women who seem good to you, even if you are unjust"?
This text appeared in Surat An-Nisa (verse 3), and it is not a prophetic saying. The full phrase is: {And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hand possesses. That is more suitable that you may not incline [to injustice]}. Also, the word "brother" cannot be applied to a disbeliever except with restrictions. And it is not permissible for a Muslim to take his religion from everyone, especially a disbeliever, a fasiq (transgressor), or one who distorts and lies.
