Is there a Hadith stating that "if forty men gather to remember Allah or supplicate to Him, there will be at least one among them whose supplication is accepted, and Allah will accept the rest due to his virtue," and what is the authenticity of this Hadith?

The aforementioned hadith (definition) was not found, but Ibn Asakir narrated a weak tradition from Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: "No forty men raise their hands to Allah asking Him for something except that He grants it to them." He also mentioned the story of Sa'eed, for whom safety was invoked, and Allah protected him from defeat, and he knew that the supplication had been answered.
