The answer

" al-Targhib" is a section that Al-Albani dedicated to the authentic hadiths from Al-Mundhiri's book "Al-Targhib wal-Tarhib" (Encouragement and Deterrence). It is considered among the most beneficial books for compiling hadiths that encourage good deeds and warn against major sins and unlawful acts. Al-Mundhiri did not stipulate authenticity as a condition in his book, so Al-Albani differentiated between its authentic and weak hadiths.
