The answer

The aforementioned is weak because its chain of narration includes Umayr ibn Ishaq, and he is the only one who reported this account. Scholars have differed regarding his reliability; some have deemed him "acceptable" (maqbul), meaning his narration is accepted if corroborated by others, but if he narrates alone, his hadith is considered "weak" (layyin al-hadith). Furthermore, the hadith does not apply to modern abortions performed using medication or suction, as these procedures do not require incising the abdomen.
