The answer

The first was narrated by Al-Tabarani in Al-Mu'jam Al-Awsat, and its chain of narration is a continuous series of weak narrators, such as: Harb ibn Al- Al-Tahhan, Layth ibn Abi Sulaym, Al-Husayn ibn Al-Hasan Al-Ashqar, and Ibn Abi Layla. This Hadith is Munkar (rejected).

The second Hadith was narrated by Ibn Al-Najjar in his history. Al-Dhahabi said in Al-Mizan: "In the chain of narration is Abu Bakr Al-Naqqash, as if he fabricated it." Ibn Asakir said: "The burden (of fabrication) in it falls upon Muhammad, so the Hadith is fabricated." It was not transmitted in the well-known books, and that is one of the signs of fabrication.
