The answer

The in question was mentioned by Al-Ajlouni in "Kashf Al-Khafa" and we have not seen it elsewhere. Its text is: "When Allah opens Egypt for you after me, take a dense army therein, for that army is the best army on Earth." And when he was asked: "Why is that?" He said: "Because they are in a state of continuous readiness (ribat) until the Day of Resurrection." A Muslim Hadith about the virtue of Egypt was narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr, raised to the Prophet (PBUH): "Indeed, you will conquer a land where the qiraṭ (a unit of weight or measure) is mentioned, so treat its people well, for they have a covenant and kinship." The kinship is due to Hagar, and the covenant is due to Abraham (peace be upon him).
