What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Indeed, those who cut sidr trees will be poured into the Fire upon their heads forcefully," and what is its source?

This hadith (definition) was narrated by Abu Dawud, and its wording is: "Whoever cuts down a sidrah (lote tree), Allah will cast his head downwards into the Fire." And it has a corroborating narration from Al-Bayhaqi, and Abdur-Razzaq Al-Mahdi graded it as hasan (definition) (good). Abu Dawud was asked about its meaning, and he said: "Whoever cuts down a sidrah in a wilderness, by which the traveler and animals seek shade, out of futility and injustice, without right, Allah will cast his head downwards into the Fire."
