The answer

This chain of narration is very weak, and the transmitted through it is unacceptable due to several defects, including: Abu Ja'far al-Razi, the father of Abdullah, whose narrations most scholars of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil (discrediting and accrediting narrators) have deemed weak. And Abdullah ibn Abi Ja'far, whose narrations are not considered valid unless narrated by him from his father. And Al-Rabi' ibn Anas, whose narrations from Abu Ja'far are avoided by people. Furthermore, Al- al-Basri did not live to meet the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his marasil ( mursal hadith, where the Tabi'i narrates directly from the Prophet without mentioning a Companion) are among the weakest marasil according to scholars.
