The answer

On the Day of Resurrection, a neck will emerge from the Fire, seeing, hearing, and speaking. It will say: "I have been entrusted with three: every stubborn tyrant, everyone who claimed another god alongside Allah, and the picture-makers." This was narrated by Imam Ahmad, al-Tirmidhi, and others, and its wording is: "A neck will emerge from the Fire on the Day of Resurrection, having two eyes with which it sees, two ears with which it hears, and a tongue with which it speaks. It will say: 'Indeed, I have been entrusted with three: every stubborn tyrant, everyone who claimed another god alongside Allah, and the picture-makers.'"
