What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Two rak'ahs with a siwak are better than seventy rak'ahs without a siwak," and what is its meaning?

Using the miswak is a Sunnah (definition), a purification for the mouth, and pleasing to the Lord when praying or performing ablution. The evidence for its Sunnah status is the Prophet’s (ﷺ) saying: “The miswak purifies the mouth and pleases the Lord,” and his saying: “Were it not that I would overburden my nation, I would have commanded them to use the miswak with every prayer.” In another narration: “...I would have commanded them to use the miswak with every ablution.” As for the Hadith (definition): “A prayer with miswak is better than seventy prayers without miswak,” it is weak.
