What is the authenticity of the mentioned Hadith, and does its saying: "AND THE EARTHS are like that" not contradict the fact that the seven layers of the earth are much smaller than the heaven?

The aforementioned hadith (definition) is weak, as it was included by the authors of "Encyclopedia of Weak and Fabricated Hadiths and Narrations" and deemed weak by Al-Bayhaqi, Ibn Al-Jawzi, Al-Dhahabi, and Al-Jawzaqani. Its chain of transmission revolves around Abu Nasr, who did not hear from Abu Dharr. As for the earth, it consists of seven layers, similar to the heavens, as Allah the Almighty stated in Surat At-Talaq (definition): "Allah is He Who created seven heavens and of the earth the like thereof."
