The aforementioned was narrated by Ibn al-Sunni from Amr ibn Abasa and was graded as by Al-Albani. "ما تستقل الشمس" means when the sun rises high and ascends. Everything glorifies Allah with His praise except for the devils and the foolish among humankind.
