The answer

Among the scholars who deemed the "And whoever harms a dhimmi has harmed me" weak is Al-Qazwini, who stated that it has no origin. As for the hadith "Whoever harms a dhimmi, I am his adversary," it has been deemed weak by more than one scholar, including Al-Dhahabi and Al-Albani. Al-Dhahabi mentioned that it contains a suspect narrator, and Al-Albani described it as objectionable (munkar).
