Are there sound proofs for reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas ten times with the morning remembrances, and the end of Surat Al-Hashr and Surat As-Saffat every night, and the beginning of Surat Al-Baqarah and the two verses after Ayat Al-Kursi and Surahs An-Nasr and Al-Kafirun with the remembrances before sleep?

The authentic Sunnah (definition) does not mention the desirability of reciting specific verses and surahs in morning and evening supplications in the manner described. Rather, what is authenticated is the recitation of Ayat al-Kursi, the last verses of Surat al-Baqarah, and Surahs al-Isra, az-Zumar, as-Sajdah, Tabarak, al-Kafirun, al-Ikhlas (definition), and al-Mu'awwidhatayn. The proof for this is the hadith (definition) of Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not sleep until he recited "Alif Lam Mim Tanzil" and "Tabarakalladhi biyadihil-mulk." And the hadith of Abdullah ibn Khubayb (may Allah be pleased with him) in which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded him to recite Surat al-Ikhlas and al-Mu'awwidhatayn three times when he wakes up in the morning and when he enters the evening. As for what is mentioned regarding Surat al-Ikhlas after Fajr, these are weak narrations (mawqufat). And the hadith concerning the end of Surat al-Hashr is also weak. We advise adhering to what is authentically reported in the Prophet's Sunnah.
