The answer

We have not found a that prohibits marrying a woman who complains excessively. A woman's complaint varies depending on the situation; she is blameworthy if it indicates impatience with hardship and the husband's inability, as in the story of Ishmael's wife. However, she is not blameworthy for complaining if the cause is the husband's stinginess or injustice, as in the story of Hind bint Utbah with Abu Sufyan, where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, permitted her to take what sufficed her and her children in a reasonable manner. If a woman is not blameworthy for complaining, then marriage to her is not prohibited.
