The answer

There is no mention in the Holy Quran or the Prophet's that proves or disproves the marriage of Yusuf (peace be upon him) to the wife of Al-Aziz.

A report from Muhammad ibn Ishaq states that Yusuf married Ra'il (the wife of Al-Aziz) after her husband's death, and that when she came to him, he said to her, "Is this not better than what you desired?" And she replied that she found him a virgin and bore him two children. This report was narrated by Zayd ibn Aslam and Wahb ibn Munabbih.

Ibn al-Qayyim held the view that Yusuf left the wife of Al-Aziz for the sake of Allah, and Allah compensated him by granting him authority in the land and allowing him to marry her lawfully.

However, this story is likely derived from the People of the Book, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us neither to believe nor disbelieve them.
