Is a woman cursed if she does not apply kohl and dye her hands, as mentioned in Al-Dhahabi’s book Kitāb al-Kabāʾir (Book of Major Sins)?

This Hadith (definition) is weak and not authentically attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It was narrated by Ibn Abi Fudaik, from Yahya ibn Abi Khalid, from Ibn Abi Sa'd, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "Indeed, I dislike the woman who is excessively talkative and loud." Yahya ibn Abi Khalid is unknown, and Ibn Abi Sa'd is likewise.
