Is it obligatory to believe that our honor is a sacrifice for the honor of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)? Does this mean that our honor must be violated, and the Messenger's honor must not be harmed? And does this contradict the Prophet's saying: "He who dies in defense of his honor is a martyr"?

Protecting one's honor is a necessity in every divine law. Defending the honor of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is even more obligatory than defending others'. The Companions sacrificed their lives and wealth for him, and the Prophet praised their actions. It is not permissible for a Muslim to tolerate any harm to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
