Is it permissible to drink juice while standing, by analogy with water, with the intention of repelling ostentation, given the Hadith prohibiting drinking while standing?

The prohibition of drinking while standing has been reported in multiple narrations from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, including those narrated by Muslim from Abu Sa'id, Anas, and Abu Hurayrah. This prohibition is general and includes water and other beverages. One should be keen to observe this Sunnah (definition) and not neglect it. One should not abandon drinking while sitting for fear of showing off, but rather perform the act of obedience and be sincere in it for the sake of Allah the Almighty. Indeed, abandoning a good deed for the sake of people is showing off, as Al-Fudayl, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "Abandoning an action for the sake of people is showing off, and performing an action for the sake of people is polytheism, and sincerity is for Allah to free you from both."
