Is it permissible to lightly and moderately pluck the eyebrows, taking into consideration the Hadith, "May Allah curse the one who plucks eyebrows (al-namisah) and the one for whom it is plucked (al-mutanamisah)"?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed women who pluck eyebrows and those who have their eyebrows plucked. The majority of scholars have used this hadith (definition) as evidence for the prohibition of plucking eyebrows. Scholars differed on the permissibility of plucking eyebrows for a married woman with the intention of adorning herself for her husband, with some permitting it. A person's piety and commitment are known by presenting their actions and beliefs to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah (definition) of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him.
