The believer should emulate the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in his sayings, actions, and states, for Allah Almighty says: ﴿There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.﴾ And the Muslim who desires to adhere to the recommended deeds may find them in comprehensive collections (such as the two Sahihs and the four Sunan books), or in specialized works like "Al-Adab Al-Mufrad" by Al-Bukhari, and "Amal Al-Yawm wal-Laylah" by Ibn Al-Sunni, and "Riyadh As-Salihin" by Al-Nawawi (which is considered one of the most beneficial books, and among its commentaries is "Sharh Riyadh As-Salihin" by Ibn Uthaymeen), and among contemporary books is "Al-Minah Al-Aliyah fi Bayan As-Sunan Al-Yawmiyah" by Abdullah bin Humoud Al-Furaih.
