Should we say "Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the noblest of messengers" after the Tashahhud and before supplicating, or should we begin supplicating immediately?

Supplicating after the Tashahhud (definition) and before the Taslim (definition) is recommended according to the majority of scholars. It has not been authentically reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) or the Salaf that one should begin this supplication with praise to Allah and sending blessings upon the Prophet. It is reported that four supplications are recommended: seeking refuge from the punishment of Hell, the torment of the grave, the trials of life and death, and the trial of the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal). It is also recommended to supplicate with what has been reported in the Quran and Sunnah (definition), and from the Companions and the righteous Salaf.
