What is the explanation of the hadith: "Assistance is commensurate with the burden," and is it true that whoever intends to undertake a task, such as memorizing a book, Allah will help him with it, and that assistance is commensurate with the intention?

Assistance from Allah comes in proportion to the burden and need, and the provision of a servant is in proportion to his need and the costs of his expenditure. This is indicated by the Hadith (definition): "O son of Adam, spend, and I shall spend on you." Whoever intends to perform a good deed, such as memorizing the Qur'an, Allah will reward him according to his intention, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, actions are by intentions."
