The answer

Al-Falaq is the dawn, or everything that splits open from something among Allah's creations, such as seeds, date pits, and daybreak. As for "al-ghasiq idha waqab," it refers to the night when it darkens, which is the view of the majority of scholars. Some say it is the moon when it rises. A was narrated from Aisha that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, pointed to the moon and said: "Seek refuge with Allah from the evil of this, for indeed it is al-ghasiq idha waqab."
