What is the ruling of the Sharia on disinheriting a disobedient daughter during her father's lifetime?

A father must be just among his children regarding gifts, even if some are dutiful and others disobedient. This is based on what was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the of Nu'man ibn Bashir: "Fear Allah and be just among your children." It is not permissible to disinherit any heir through prohibited stratagems (illusory pretexts), because that invalidates a right. As for ostracizing a daughter who married without her father's consent, even if she has done wrong and disobeyed, her right to kinship ties and justice in gifts is not forfeited.
